喝綠茶真的好處多多,國內的醫學研究發現,綠茶中的兒茶素,可以增加體內好的膽固醇,降低三酸甘油酯和血脂肪,還可以控制血糖,不過醫師提醒,綠茶應該在餐後喝,才不會傷胃。(記者郭怡君 姜竹祥報導)
