調味:鹽1匙,香油1匙,醋1匙
作法:1.大白菜洗淨,剝成片狀。
2.用1匙鹽醃入味,待稍軟,擠出水份,放入容器中。
3.加入薑絲、紅椒絲,用調味料拌醃,約2小時即可食用。
