作法:
1.小黃瓜、紅蘿蔔洗淨,去頭尾,用刨刀刨成片狀,鋪在盤邊圍成圓形。
2.用竹籤插入銀杏、丁香(以此順序交錯、插滿竹籤),入烤箱,烤至香味出即可。
