1.葉片愈大愈好,吃起來厚度較足,口感也佳。葉片完整、翠綠,沒有黃斑或蟲蛀者。
2.冷藏前,用報紙包可保濕度,但兩天內要吃完。若葉片脫水成軟趴狀,泡水10分鐘可回復鮮綠。
