材料:
1.火龍果1顆、草蝦仁200g、小黃瓜1條、白木耳適量
2.酸梅3顆、水果醋2茶匙、糖2茶匙
作法:1.將草蝦仁、小黃瓜、白木耳切成適當大小,燙熟備用。
2.將材料2調勻,淋在作法1上,再適當擺盤即可。
