iPhone Dev Team成員comex和chpwn在Twitter上的談話已經確認：新一代越獄工具Spirit可能在週末就會發佈，這款新的越獄工具將支援iPhone、iPod touch和iPad全系列設備。
注意：此工具為越獄專用，不能解鎖。
此次JB將越獄 iphone 2g/3g/3gs 41周前/41周後 所有bootrom/bootloader/firmware 當然包括3.12/3.13 itouch 1g/2g/3g, ipad wifi, (ipad 3g?)
大前提是: 你的ip/it 必須是啟動了的, 純磚頭的(都不能當touch用)無法越獄。
activate/啟動 就是指新的小i拿回家 隨便裝個sim卡 打開itunes註冊一下,過去連線光碟那個螢幕, 標誌質保開始。

@Youngbloodz48 No, it wont unlock any devices. It will jailbreak all devices which are activated.

spirit 不是用safari越獄的,跟pwn2own沒一毛錢關係. 可以越獄最新的fw. 所有ip都能越獄(包括itouch?)
是否 完美/tethered 目前尚不清楚 comex沒說。
